A. Reason
The oil level is too low, the oil can’t be sucked
The viscosity of the oil is too large, making the blade slide in the rotor slot is not flexible
The end face of the oil distribution plate is in poor contact with the inner plane of the housing, and the high and low pressure chambers are colluded
There are sand holes inside the pump body, and the high and low pressure chambers collide
The motor is turning backwards
B. Exclusion method:
Check and fill to the specified oil marking
Generally use 20# hydraulic oil or 22# turbine oil
Renovating the end of the oil distribution plate
Replace the inside of the pump body
Correcting the motor
